Fare Change – Effective September 1, 2019
New fares are effective September 1. Please visit the Fares page for more information.
The fare change will also introduce the new DayPASS program to the Prince George Transit System.
The new DayPASS is available for purchase onboard only. The new DayPASS replaces paper transfers and scratch-off DayPASSes. It also grants you unlimited travel all day within the Prince George Transit System. Exact fare is required ($5.00 cash or two bus tickets).
The Prince George Transit System has also revised its family travel program. Customer can now bring up to four children (12 years and under) onboard for free on Saturdays and Sundays
Service Change – Effective September 3, 2019
Expanded service is effective September 3. The changes include:
- Extended service for route 91 Spruceland/Hart on weekdays and Saturdays
- Extended service for route 46 Queensway on Sundays
- Route 46 Queensway will now be utilizing a conventional sized bus to provide more capacity on the route
New Rider’s Guide will also be available onboard.
