On-Request offers pick-up and drop-off service as an extension of a fixed-route. Any location within the designated area shown on the map above qualifies.
Examples of locations are: a house, childcare centre, or employment site.
All customers are eligible to use this service.
On-Request service is limited to two per trip. Priority is given to the first to call and people with mobility challenges.
