Transit System: Cowichan Valley
Due to the ongoing closure of the Malahat highway, and next update estimated at 8 am Tuesday, November 16, the route 66 Duncan Commuter and 99 Shawnigan Lake Connector service has been cancelled for the remainder of the day.
As the next update on the Malahat closure is expected to be 8 am tomorrow morning (November 16), we are cancelling morning southbound service on the route 66 and 99 from Duncan as the highway will not be open.
BC Transit appreciates the patience of customers during this challenging time, and apologizes for any inconvenience this impact to service may cause. We will update customers on the route’s afternoon schedule on Tuesday, November 16.
